What should I expect during my first visit?

You and Dr. Sarita Elizabeth will explore issues relating to your health, lifestyle and behavior. This evaluation will give Dr. Sarita Elizabeth a complete picture of your treatment needs. You both will then begin the process of choosing which holistic methods will lead you to optimal health.

Will my insurance cover the services?

Many insurance policies commonly cover alternative health practices. We suggest checking with your health provider to ask if acupuncture and naturopathic treatments are covered under your plan. Cash or check is required at time of service. #1500 Health Claim Forms will be issued upon request but must be submitted by patients on their on behalf.

How should I prepare for a treatment?

If you are scheduling an treatment session (shirodhara, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, etc) please refrain from drinking caffeine, eating or engaging in heavy exercise within one hour before or after the treatment. Wear loose or comfortable clothing.
